Through the generous support of the City of Thunder Bay, the Province of Ontario, the Government of Canada and our many "Fans in the Stands", the Sports Hall of Fame has relocated to a new facility in which to better showcase and preserve our region's rich sports heritage The Northwestern Ontario Sports Hall of Fame and Museum was established in Thunder Bay in 1978 with a mandate to preserve and honour our region's rich and proud sports heritage As a member of the Thunder Bay Community Bingo Association we hold events at their location at the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition A special vote of thanks to our great volunteers and the over 220 people who attended
