Fils d’un grand entrepreneur de travaux de béton, même tout jeune, Andy Morin adorait accompagner son père sur les chantiers et se mêler aux employés. Depuis ses 14 ans, il passait ses étés sur les chantiers. Par la suite, pour approfondir ses connaissances dans le domaine de la construction, il a étudié en génie civil au cégep. Ensuite il a travaillé au sein de l’entreprise familiale comme gérant de projet de fondation et d’excavation jusqu’à développer sa propre entreprise dans les Laurentides.
