Who we are

The purpose of The ADHD & Relationship Centre is to help people to harness their uniquely wired brains (and hearts) so they can access more of their awesome potential. We are a mental health clinic based in BC, specializing in supporting people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD / ADD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD type 1). Neurodivergent relationships have their own unique challenges, and getting support from clinicians who understand can make a huge difference. Evidence-based coaching and counselling services are accessible online through phone and video sessions to individuals, couples, groups and families.

The ADHD & Relationship Centre offers online and phone support to adults and teens (12+) Canada-wide. We provide therapy, counselling, and coaching for individuals, couples and groups. Our services are LGBTQ+ and alternative-relationships friendly. You do not need to have a diagnosis for access.
